Terms and conditions of sale

Last updated: 9 September 2026

What we commit to, what we ask of you, and what applies if something goes wrong. Written to be read before you order, not after.

01Scope

These terms govern every sale of hardware, and every development, advisory and IT support engagement, carried out by PARTICULE SARL, whose premises are at Entrepôt 134, Rue Capitaine Theriat, Zone Industrielle Aïn Borja, 20300 Casablanca, Morocco.

Placing an order, by phone, by WhatsApp or through a form on this site, means you accept them. Where a signed contract or a signed quote says something different, that document prevails over this page.

02Prices

All prices shown on this site are in Moroccan dirhams, inclusive of 20% VAT. The pre-tax price is shown alongside it where it matters for a business buyer.

Prices may change without notice, but the price that binds us is the one written on your quote, for the whole of its validity period. A product marked price on request has no published price: it is quoted case by case.

03Quotes

Every quote is issued within 24 working hours of the request. It states the exact configuration, the unit price, the quantity, the total including VAT, and the delivery time.

A quote is valid for fifteen days. Beyond that, we requote, because supply prices on imported hardware move.

04Placing an order

An order becomes firm when you confirm the quote in writing, by email or by WhatsApp. We then confirm in return, with the delivery time that applies.

For public bodies and companies working with purchase orders, we accept the purchase order as confirmation and invoice accordingly.

05Payment

Payment is made by bank transfer, in two parts: a 50% deposit when the order is placed, then the remaining 50% on delivery. Our bank details are given to you directly, by phone or WhatsApp, at the moment of confirmation. They are never published on this site and never sent from an address other than our own.

Payment can also be made in full on our premises, by appointment, when you collect the goods. The price is the one on your quote.

The order is prepared once the deposit is received. A professional invoice, showing VAT, is issued for every order.

06Availability

Hardware shown as in stock is physically held in our Casablanca premises. It is not a supplier catalogue listing, and it is not ordered from abroad once you pay.

Stock is nonetheless finite and shared with over-the-counter sales. If an item runs out between your quote and your deposit, we tell you immediately and you choose: an equivalent configuration, a delivery date, or a full refund.

07Delivery

Delivery times are counted in working days. A delay attributable to the carrier does not give rise to compensation, but it never removes your right to the goods or to a refund.

  • Casablanca: 24 to 48 working hours after the deposit is received; the balance is paid on delivery.
  • Rest of Morocco: by carrier, with the time confirmed when the order is placed.
  • Made-to-order models: the time is stated on the quote before you commit.
  • Collection from our premises is possible, by appointment, during opening hours.

08Checking on receipt

Every machine is checked and started up in our premises before it ships. On receipt, check the packaging and the serial number against the delivery note in the presence of the carrier.

Any visible damage or discrepancy must be noted on the delivery note and reported to us within 48 hours. Beyond that, damage in transit can no longer be established.

09Warranty

Hardware carries the manufacturer warranty, whose duration is stated on each product page: one, two or three years depending on the model. For made-to-order models it is stated on the quote, before you commit. It covers manufacturing defects, not accidental damage, liquid, or unauthorised modification.

We handle the warranty claim with the manufacturer on your behalf. You call us, not a call centre abroad.

The legal guarantee against hidden defects, under Moroccan law, applies in addition and is not reduced by anything on this page.

10Returns

A consumer buying outside any professional activity has, under law 31-08, seven days from receipt to return a product, unused and in its original packaging, with return shipping at their expense.

For a business purchase, hardware configured or ordered specifically for you cannot be taken back once opened. Any other return is agreed with us beforehand.

11Development, advisory and support

These engagements are governed by the signed quote or contract, which sets the scope, the schedule, the deliverables and the payment milestones. This page only covers what the contract leaves unsaid.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, source code produced for you belongs to you once the engagement is paid in full. We keep the right to reuse our generic components and our know-how.

Support commitments, in particular response times, are those of the plan you subscribed to.

12Complaints

Any complaint is addressed to contact@particule.ma or to 05 21 17 75 52, Mon to Fri, 9am-5pm. We answer within two working days.

We will always try to settle a disagreement directly. It is faster for you than for us, and that is the point.

13Governing law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Failing an amicable settlement, the courts of Casablanca have jurisdiction.

Our company registration numbers (ICE, RC, IF) appear on every quote and every invoice, and are given on request.

A question before you order?

Ask before you transfer, not after. We would rather spend ten minutes on the phone than handle a misunderstanding.
