This page explains, in plain words, which data this website collects, why, who can see it and how long we keep it. It describes what the site actually does, and nothing more.
01Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is PARTICULE SARL, a company incorporated in Morocco, whose premises are at Entrepôt 134, Rue Capitaine Theriat, Zone Industrielle Aïn Borja, 20300 Casablanca, Morocco.
For any question about your data, write to contact@particule.ma or call 05 21 17 75 52. We answer on working days, Mon to Fri, 9am-5pm.
02What we collect
We only collect what you type into one of our forms: the contact form, the quote request, or the order form on a product page. Nothing is collected in the background.
- Your name, so we know who we are talking to.
- Your phone number, which is how most of our clients prefer to be called back.
- Your email address, so the quote and the written confirmation reach you.
- Your company name, and your ICE if you choose to give it, to issue a compliant invoice.
- The product, quantity and message you send us, so we can answer precisely.
- Your IP address, held in memory for ten minutes only, to stop automated flooding of the form.
03Why we collect it
For one purpose: to answer your request. A quote, an order, a call back, a technical question. That is a pre-contractual step you asked for, and it is the only basis we rely on.
We do not build a marketing profile, we do not score you, and we do not send campaigns you did not ask for.
04Who can see it
The Particule Consulting team, and no one else. Your request arrives as an email in our own mailbox.
Two technical providers handle the data because they carry it: our hosting provider, which serves the pages, and our email provider, which delivers the message. Neither exploits it on its own behalf.
We never sell, rent or pass on your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
05How long we keep it
- A request that leads nowhere: three years after our last exchange, then deleted.
- A request that becomes an order: the commercial file follows the accounting retention period required by Moroccan law, ten years for invoices.
- The IP address used against spam: ten minutes, in memory, never written to a database.
06Cookies and audience measurement
This site sets no advertising cookie and no tracking cookie. There is nothing to accept, which is exactly why you are not shown a consent banner.
We measure traffic without cookies: page views are counted anonymously, with no identifier able to follow you from one site to another, and no personal data stored.
The Google Maps map on our address pages is the only third-party content. It does not load unless you click on it, precisely so that nothing reaches Google before you have decided.
07What this site never asks for
No bank details, no card number, no password. Ever, on any page.
Payment is made by bank transfer, and our bank details are given to you directly by phone or WhatsApp when the order is confirmed. If a page claiming to be ours asks you for a card number, it is not ours.
08Security
The whole site is served over HTTPS, and any attempt to reach it unencrypted is redirected. The browser is instructed to refuse an unencrypted connection for the next two years.
The pages carry a content security policy that blocks the loading of any script other than our own, which is the usual entry point for injections designed to steal what you type into a form.
09Your rights
Under Moroccan law 09-08, you may access your data, have it corrected, object to its processing and ask for it to be deleted.
Write to contact@particule.ma. We answer within eight working days. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the CNDP, the Moroccan supervisory authority.
10Changes to this policy
If we ever add a tool that changes what is described here, this page is updated first and the date at the top changes with it. There is no silent version.
