Visiting us
The technical and logistics centre is at warehouse 134, rue Capitaine Theriat, in the Aïn Borja industrial zone in Casablanca. That is where stock is held and where machines are tested before they ship. Visits are by appointment: let us know by phone or WhatsApp and we will have the models you are interested in powered up and ready to look at.
Opening hours
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Outside those hours WhatsApp is the fastest channel: messages are read even if they are only answered once we reopen.
Where we deliver
In Casablanca, machines listed in stock are delivered within 24 to 48h. The rest of Morocco is served by carrier, with the lead time confirmed when you order. Orders for schools, public bodies and companies ship with a delivery note and an invoice.
Which number to call
Three lines, so you are not passed from one desk to another: one to place an order, one for technical support, one for after-sales. The switchboard answers on 05 21 17 75 52.
What happens after you write
An advisor calls you back, or answers on whichever channel you used. For a hardware enquiry the reply states real availability and the VAT-inclusive price; for a company quote, allow 24 working hours. We do not redirect you to yet another form.
